  • How do I create a registry?

    It’s simple. First create an account with GiftZenie or log in if you already have one. Click on the ‘Registry’ icon, name your registry, fill in details and get going. The process is simple, intuitive and fun.

  • How do I add a gift to my registry?

    Browse through the products and services on GiftZenie or scroll through our carefully curated suggestions. Click on the check box to add any product or service to your registry / wish list. If something you really want isn’t gifted by your guests, simply add it to the shopping cart and buy it for yourself!

  • What stores can I add gifts from?

    As a host on GiftZenie you can add/buy products and services from any of our vendor partner stores. GiftZenie also offers you the opportunity to choose from some fantastic services like airplane tickets and holiday packages.

  • I live outside India. Can I create an international registry?

    Absolutely!Giftzenie.com is perfect for you because hosts have the ability to pick products and services from ANY store outlet on our list. Just visit the band’s online store, find the item you want, and add it to your registry with one click.

  • Can I use my international credit / debit card to pay for a product?

    Yes! You can pay for or contribute toward a gift with any debit/credit card. Can’t attend the host’s event? Go ahead and buy them something even if you can’t make it for the event.

  • Can my guests view my registry without a password?

    Yes. Your guests and anyone that searches GiftZenie with your name and phone number will be able to view your registry.

  • Can I use a nickname for my registry?

    Go for it! The name you pick can be as straightforward or as whacky as you please. Go ahead and create multiple registries for different events rather than just one!

  • Returns& Exchanges

    Since the gifts you receive are the gifts you choose, GiftZenie returns are only possible when the gift is damaged. Please retain the gift in its original packaging and contact us as soon as you receive it. We will get it picked up and replaced at the earliest. Please note that returns on personalised gifts are not permitted.
