RETURNS

Definition: ‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to MarSha eCommerce services Pvt Ltd on its GiftZenie website.

The following situations are covered under our returns and exchange policy and no other:

  • Item defective
  • Item damaged during the Shipping
  • Products missing
  • Wrong item(s) sent by GiftZenie

 

EXCHANGE

At GiftZenie we aim to provide our valued customers with a timely, hassle free and comfortable shopping experience. This applies to delivery and shipping as well. We try and ensure that what you ordered is delivered on time and with the correct quality, quantity and specifications as ordered.

Please note that other than the terms mentioned above, we do not undertake returns/refund on products which are delivered in a good condition.

Except in the following situations:

  • Exchange of products can be considered in the event that the product delivered has a genuine manufacturing/quality defect or is incorrect (i.e. the product delivered is different from the order placed or is defective). In these situations we will replace the product with the one you ordered as per our records. No value refund will be entertained.
  • For shipping locations outside of Delhi, the customer will be required to courier the product back to us. The shipping cost for sending back the product to us will have to be borne by the customer.
  • Exchange request can be initiated by getting in touch with our customer care team via phone on +919999262473 / +919899110071 (available between 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM IST). In case you wish to write to us, please email us at customerservice@giftzenie.com with your order number, transaction date, delivery date, delivery address and image of the concerned item.
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of receipt of the said shipment.
  • Revert on resolution from the customer care team to the customer on the concerned query will be done within 2 working days.
  • For approved exchanges, the product returned should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.
  • This return/exchange policy comes covers our entire product range except Travel and Recreation.
  • MarSha eCommerce Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as seen fit by the company. Each request will be handled on a case to case basis.
  • In the event that the customer has provided wrong/incomplete shipping address or there are 2 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient, there will be no refund.
